📋 How to Use

Mix 1 scoop (approx. 33g) in 200–250ml of cold water or milk. Shake well for 20–30 seconds.

Best times to consume:

• Post-workout — Within 30–45 minutes after training for peak muscle protein synthesis and recovery
• Morning — As a fast, protein-rich breakfast supplement to start muscle protein synthesis early
• Between meals — As a convenient high-protein snack to consistently meet daily protein targets

For best results, aim for a total daily protein intake of 1.6–2.2g per kg of bodyweight alongside a consistent training programme.

We deliver most of our orders through our own or through courier partners such as DTDC and SPOT ON.

We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at Ankerite – you can return all items within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact.

If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we’ll gladly take it back within 7 days from the time of delivery. You will have to ship the product to our address. After proper inspection of the product, if we find it in the same condition as we had sent it, we will process a refund from our end.
