Return and Refund Policy

At Ankerite Nutrition, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the terms below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, labels, tags, seals, and accessories must be intact.
  • Products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.

  • Order Number
  • Product Name
  • Reason for Return
  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with further instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to our return address unless the return is due to:

  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect item received
  • A manufacturing defect

The returned product must reach us in its original condition for inspection.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Online Payments (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking)

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Customers will be required to provide the following bank details via email:

  • Name
  • Bank Name
  • Account Number
  • IFSC Code
  • Order Number

Refunds for COD orders will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless received damaged or incorrect:

  • Opened or used nutrition supplements
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery
  • Promotional, clearance, or special sale items (unless defective)
  • Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
